**Job Description Summary**: Développer, mettre en place et exécuter une stratégie logistique (transport, stockage, planification...) pour la livraison d'équipements destinés aux usines de GE Renewables Wind Off Shore dans le respect du budget alloué au projet

Garantir les conditions et la livraison à temps des équipements en conformité avec les exgigences GE et les réglementations en vigueur

Communiquer et partager la stratégie transport et les risques associés avec les autres fonctions clés (Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Usine.....)

Animer le travail des équipes transversales logistiques (service externalisé, autres membres de l'équipe Transport globale, service achat transport...) et des autres business de GE dans le cadre de l'affretement partagé des navires de mer

Garantir le respect du budget transport du projet

Gérer les aspects budgétaires liés au transport et fournir de manière réguliére au responsable de département une vision du dépensé futur comparé au budget

Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus logistiques
