**THE ROLE**
We are looking for an outgoing Product Support Manager to help us build on our success and join us on our journey as we transform banking for all.
The role will lead implementation of regulatory solutions activities to achieve and overachieve on services targets with a focus client success, client satisfaction, and client delivery within both existing and prospective clients.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will identify and analyze customer needs
- You will manage the integration projects of our product in the Information System of our customers
- You will provide user training
- You will assist customers on a daily basis with the resolution of their problems internally
- You will ensure regulatory monitoring
- You will define the rules for supplying regulatory states
- You will write the documentation (status settings, description of interfaces, etc.)
- You will participate in the improvement of our product and the acceptance of new versions of the product
- You will participate in pre-sales of the product
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You should have Experience required in the implementation of regulatory solutions within a financial institution, a consulting firm, or a publisher
- You should have Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into value propositions
- You should have experience in Bank accounting and Banking regulations
- You should have Analytical and writing skills
- You should have Customer availability experience
- You should have Teamwork and knowledge sharing experience
- You should be Curious and keen to learn
- You should have Fluency in French & English
