Traffic/shipping Coordinator

Fortinet is looking for a Traffic / Shipping Coordinator to join the Team in Sophia-Antipolis Office
- **Roles and Responsibilities:
**- Communication with MAM, Tigers, SE
- Suggest other equipment when shortage
- Checks OA ITF orders
- Advise ITF process
- Coordinates replenishment with US/TWN EVAL and supply chain team
- Schedule Tests and shipments activities
- Performs EVAL Receiving tasks associated to Units returned
- Control Receiving units and content integrity ( reserve condition)
- Update Systems Inventory
- Update associated Files
- Scan Device
- Store in the appropriated shelves including Accessories
- Performs Shipping tasks:

- Pull out devices from Stock
- Update Systems Inventory
- Update associated Files eg:Liglo less than 0.1 % error
- Generate appropriate document ( UPS/Proforma Invoice)
- Ensure units are shipped according to due date
- Ensure no discrepancy in Carrier End of Day
- Collect all receiving carrier documents
- Checks all importation for customs purpose
- Checks Carrier invoices for approval
- Use internal logistics tools
- Provides Return label when requested
- Performs Quarterly Physical Inventory
