**1. ROLE**

The scope is covering the hardware and software elements of the global automation system, including the process of validation based on a MiL approach. More specifically the scope of responsibilities will address the hardware architecture, the control logic including the safety aspects, for the core system and for additional systems to address various client needs, in term of design specifications, design reviews and validation as well as manufacturing, deployment and commissioning follow-up.

**3. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- With support of R&D center, define and iterate over various versions of the System Control Philosophy covering plant management system at large.
- Periodically review the detailed system control logic, ad-hoc interlock matrices as well as feedbacks loops in order to comply with functional requirements and safety constraints.
- Define alarming mechanisms and sub-sequent lists, as well as events management.
- Define and review cause & effects matrices for safety systems.
- Develop and Maintain instrumentation list.
- Participate to HMI design and SCADA features definition.
- Manage and follow-up third party partner company in charge of developments, implementation, manufacturing and deployment of automation systems and safety systems.
- Conduct and manage SIL reviews with the support from third party certification company identified as reviewing expert.
- Contribute to ATEX certification (Risk assessment, ATEX file construction) as well as EMC test definition.
- Participate in coordination meetings with partners involved in all automation tracks (joint venture management, research centers, public funding entities, hardware, and software partners).
- Actively contribute to recurrent HAZID & HAZOP reviews and manage potential impacts on the automation.
- Together with Technology Transfer Center and the Systems Engineering group, participate to the development of MiL systems to be used for Validation & Verification cycles and Digital Twin approach.
- Define Commissioning tools required for Manufacturing plant and system deployment at client wellsite.
- Prepare control System documentation covering operation & maintenances procedures.

**4. SKILLS**
- Proven experience (5 to 10 years):

- With System Automation development and deployment
- With SCADA/PLC industrial IT/OT Integration projects
- As Project Technical lead or lead development.
- Familiar with MIL (Model in the loop) PLC code validation methodology and standards (FMU’s)
- Familiar with Piping and Instrumentation diagram development life cycle (methodology and normative representation ANSI/ISA-5.1-2009)
- Experience in UX design for complex multi-physics systems with an object-oriented focus
- Knowledge of Rockwell PLC control logic and compact logic control system (basic to intermediate)
- Knowledge of Inductive Automation Ignition products (basic to intermediate)
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape software
- Knowledge of electrical system design for Hazardous areas is a plus (ATEX)

Ingénieur d’Automatisation et de Contrôle -Senior (H/F)

**1. FONCTION**:
L’ingénieur d’automatisation et de contrôle couvrira les aspects matériels et logiciels du système d’automatisation, inclusivement le procédé de validation basé sur l’approche MiL (Model in the Loop). Il/Elle sera responsable de l’architecture des équipements et des contrôles logiques du système principal et des systèmes additionnels, considérant l’aspect sécurité et les demandes du client en termes de spécifications, révisions, validations de la solution système ; mais aussi, du suivi technique durant les phases de fabrication, déploiement et mise en service.

**2. ORGANISATION**:
L’ingénieur d’automatisation et de contrôle travaillera au sein de l’équipe d’ingénierie systèmes, et reportera au gérant de l’ingénierie systèmes. L’équipe est chargée de la conception et du développement de systèmes industriels à grande échelle en utilisant la technologie « ultra high temperature solid oxide electrolysis/fuel cells ». Ce poste est basé sur le campus Schlumberger Riboud Product Center situé en France à Clamart.

**3. TACHES et RESPONSABILITES**:

- Avec l’aide du centre R&D, définir plusieurs versions du système de contrôle couvrant le système de gestion de l’usine dans son ensemble.
- Vérifier périodiquement et dans les détails, la logique du système de contrôle, les matrices as-hoc Interlock et les boucle de retour afin d’adhérer aux exigences fonctionnelles et aux contraintes de sécurité.
