systèmes complexes intégrants du hardware connecté/système de monitoring temps réel/système traitement de données et analytique associée/intégration bases externes ). Capable de valider une architecture basée sur des exigences clients et optimisées en terme de couts/ et de la décrire explicitement.

Capable de piloter des appels d’offre/réponse de sous-traitants.

Connaissance des écosystèmes urbains/radar est un plus

Capacité organisationnelle liée au niveau d’exigence/délai des appels d’offres gouvernementaux.

Capacité rédactionnelle avancée demandée
