Intern CRA - Paris

We are currently seeking an Intern CRA to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a CRA Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of clinical trials. You’ll work closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Project Managers, and Clinical Trial Managers to ensure all documentation, communications, and site activities run smoothly and compliantly.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the identification, selection, initiation, and close-out of investigational sites for clinical studies.- Assisting with the monitoring of clinical sites to ensure studies are carried out in line with study protocols, ICH-GCP, ICON SOPs, and applicable regulations.- Assisting CRAs and clinical sites in processing and resolving queries and requests.- Communicating professionally with site staff and internal teams.- Supporting document preparation, filing, and maintenance of essential clinical trial records.- Contributing to inspection readiness efforts and administrative support for the clinical team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field. (Preferably from our agreement universities: Sup Santé or Institut Léonard de Vinci)- A strong interest in clinical research and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.- Excellent communication and organisational skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Professional fluency in English and the local language (French).- Availability to work on-site at our Paris office.
