Senior Prismatic Module

**About this role**:

- We are currently looking for Senior Prismatic Module & Pack Engineer to join our Process Development Department, more especially our Prismatic development team.
- You are responsible for the systems related to Prismatic Modules & Packs. The role will evolve from planning the Gigafactory line to then setting it up. You are embracing the objective of building and structuring Verkor as the most advanced battery manufacturing company in the world.
- This role is located at our Innovation Center in Grenoble, France.

**Main missions**:

- Commissioning Gigafactory module & pack process from process design to SOP.
- Collaborating with the product engineering team to optimize the assembly process for the cell design.
- Improving assembly by increasing the level of process automation, which will save capital and operating costs.
- Testing and validating state-of-the-art technologies for use in the assembly process.
- During operation, you will complete root cause investigations into defects in the assembly process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanic/Robotics/Electrical/or similar discipline. Preferred: M.S. in Mechanic/Robotics/Electrical/or similar discipline.
- More than 10 years of experience working with EV module & Pack technology.
- Experience in battery manufacturing environment, particularly with lithium-ion battery Module & Pack.
- Experience with battery Module & Pack process design Experience with root cause analysis, defect reduction, and failure analysis.
- Strong project management skills Machine learning experience, such as PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Korean, French or Chinese would also be useful)
