**About the role**

The **After-Sales Service (SAV) Project Manager** acts as the interface between the company and its clients, ensuring the full management and follow-up of after-sales service-related matters. The primary goal is to develop and maintain the client portfolio while guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction. The role covers the entire lifecycle of maintenance contracts, compliance work, and system extensions, from commercial proposals to project completion.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:
**Business Development and Prospecting**
- Identify existing installations without maintenance contracts and potential new clients.
- Visit clients and establish a trusted relationship to offer tailored service solutions.
- Negotiate and close maintenance contracts, system upgrades, and extensions.

**After-Sales Service Management**
- Manage projects from commercial proposal to final acceptance of work, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality are met
- Ensure contractual compliance, client expectations and regulatory requirements are met
- Work closely with internal teams (technicians, SAV coordinators, procurement, finance) and subcontractors.

**Financial and Administrative Oversight**
- Monitor project profitability and assess financial risks, seek cost optimizations and negotiate with suppliers
- Validate quotations, payment schedules, and invoicing for clients and subcontractors.

**Technical Coordination and Operational Supervision**
- Plan and oversee improvement interventions, system extensions, and on-site work.
- Organize and lead site meetings and progress reviews with clients and technical teams.
- Supervise logistics and supply chain for project sites

**Customer Satisfaction and After-Sales Follow-up**
- Maintain proactive customer follow-up and ensure a high level of satisfaction, resolve issues and guarantee compliance during the warranty period
- Propose system improvements and upgrades based on customer needs.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or business with a technical specialization
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent French language knowledge and good command of English.
- General expertise in project management, commercial negotiation and a good understanding of after-sales services and related products
- AutoCAD software knowledge with an ability to design layouts and to read and analyze technical diagrams (P&ID).
- Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability and autonomy.
- Leadership and ability to unite internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of MS Office & business management tools
