Group Quality Manager

**Mission**
In direct report with the global head of science and innovation manager, your tasks are:
- To protect and support the company and its business growth and to strengthen its supply chain, ensuring best-in-class quality and service, and reduce the environmental impact of our business on the planet
- Prepare, under the coordination of the Group Regulatory Manager, the company for upcoming regulatory challenges and ensure overall product regulatory compliance
- Promote quality culture and continuous improvement across the group through best practices sharing while challenging the quality managers
- Lead and maintain an active internal QA specialists network, coordinating and developing all the quality and regulatory activities across the group
- Develop quality contingency between regions and manufacturing sites
- Design and implement, together with the team, the group policies & standards, in line with customers' requirements and compliance's needs
**Profil**
You are a quality expert with solid food acquaintance, able both the act as the quality reference in the group and challenge the quality managers. 10 years of experience minimum. Fluent English necessarily required. You have already driven the quality of factories and products out of factories. Safety management has no secrets for you.
You are legitimate, full of leadership, able to deal with specialists and to manage managers. You have a good balance between firm and flexible management and are capable to delegate assignments.
