**Position**:
Role: intern in the CIB Debt Team, responsible for originating and executing financing opportunities across all the debt instruments offered by Mediobanca (corporate lending, LBO, Infrastructure lending as well as Debt Capital Markets instruments)

Starting date: 01 July 2025 / As soon as possible

Location: Paris

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: €2,200 per month

Position: The intern will be involved on a wide range of financing opportunities, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and infrastructure lending opportunities.

Main tasks: Public and private deal executions, assist with the preparation of pitches and market updates, participate in the preparation of financial models, credit papers and review debt documentation. The intern will be part of a growing team and play a critical role within day-to-day origination efforts and execution of visible transactions.
