As Breega provide start-ups we are financing with the help we wish we'd had, through a full stack funding: providing capital and connections, expertise and experience, support and solidarity for entrepreneurs at every step of their journey. We are looking for an HR Manager for one of our startup.

Your main missions would concern:
**HR Administration**
- Contracts, Amendments creation for French & WW contracts
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Employees information updates
- Training administration & deployment
- Payroll coordination (we work with Payfit)

**Hiring**
- Management of our Talent Acquisition team
- Definition of the hiring strategy
- Coordination of the hirings
- Exceptional hirings on specific profiles (G&A team, exec team)

**HR Business Partner**
- Main point of contact of the employees for HR daily topics (leaves, payroll, concerns,admin) and guarantee of their wellbeing
- Main point of contact of the managers (support for specific situations)
- Manage the performance cycle: discovery reports, welcome reviews, performance reviews
- Manage the salary raises cycle
- Define career paths and internal mobility policy
- Manage disciplinary actions with the support of our lawyer

**Transversal HR topics**
- HR tools/processes improvement
- Social Network animation in collaboration with the marketing team (Slack, LinkedIn, WTTJ)

**Office Management**
- Participation to team buildings organization (biannual offsite, team offsites, Christmas party etc)
- Contribute to offices day to day life (badges, furniture, decoration, external partners management )

**What we are looking for**:

- You have a first experience of at least 4 years in a generalist HR position, ideally in a start-up or small company environment
- You have an excellent level in French and English
- You want to work in an international environment
- You are available to support the team, listening and comprehensive
- You are start-up oriented, resourceful
- You have a lot of energy and enjoy to work on various topics at the same time
- You are autonomous and proactive
- You are enthusiastic and you enjoy working with good mood
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
