CONTEXT

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting Ivalua's worldwide Sales organization by providing actionable data-driven insights to accelerate growth and increase efficiency. The role is at the heart of a fast-growing tech company, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI.

This position is open due to a replacement.

ROLE
You will join a dynamic Sales Operations team based in Massy, composed of 2 Sales Enablement professionals and 1 Sales Support Specialist.

You will report directly to the VP Global Sales Operations (based in Massy). The team values collaboration, curiosity, and innovation, and you will be the central point of contact for internal reporting tools and process improvements. You'll have a worldwide scope and collaborate with business leaders, sales teams, and management to drive business impact.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Develop & maintain performance dashboards around KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to the Sales organization.
- Provide the Management team data insights on key trends and evolutions in preparation of Business reviews: Forecast calls, QBRs, Exec meetings,
- Support Business leaders in any ad-hoc business analysis starting with data insights, root causes identification and potential remediation plan
- Track Deal desks exceptions approvals
- Be a force of proposition and the central point of contact for internal reporting tool & processes improvements
- Build AI agents that will automate sales processes & create value for Sellers

**YOUR PROFILE**
If you have the below experience and strengths, this role could be for you:
**Education & Experience**:

- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent
- Strong analytical mindset: able to go beyond data crunching to provide insights and trends for the business
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables; proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Experience with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Google Data Studio
- Curiosity and appetite to learn from the business and to experiment with AI agents (nice to have)
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Finance analytics is a plus

**Soft Skills**:

- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Adaptable in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
- Strong cross-team collaboration and team spirit
- High sense of accuracy and ability to translate data into actionable business trends
