**Responsibilities**:

- You support the plant manager, leadership team and all other employees in various HR topics and advise on best practices
- You are responsible for implementing operational HR processes including employee development and relations, compensation and benefits
- You manage the workforce planning process and hire new talents for our organization including contract negotiations and onboarding
- You respond timely to HR-related inquiries from managers and employees and you coordinate follow-up actions complying with internal policies and legal regulations
- Trustworthy cooperation with local works councils, trade unions and associations is also part of your duties
- As a change management facilitator you contribute to successful team development and performance

**Qualifications**:

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related area
- With your Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment minimum of 7 years you possess a broad knowledge of operative HR topics including labour law
- Your excellent skills in conflict resolution and problem solving help you to successfully support teams in difficult situations
- Strong communication and presentation skills enable you to communicate on eye level with different target groups from top management to technical expert
- Your positive attitude, creativity and ability to get things done make you a valuable partner for our employees
- As an assertive team player with high engagement, you know how to communicate with your colleagues and customers in local and English language
