Collaborating closely with our tech, operations, and design teams, you'll make sure our marketing efforts are in sync with the company's big-picture vision and objectives. If you're in your final year of study or a recent grad, we're open to hiring interns too Tasks - Unleash your creativity by crafting and executing marketing campaigns that catapult our brand recognition and generate a steady stream of leads - Dive into market research, identifying customer needs, preferences, and market trends to seize untapped opportunities - Command the digital space by creating and managing captivating content for our website, social media channels, and various marketing platforms - Work hand-in-hand with the tech team, ensuring that our marketing initiatives align seamlessly with product goals - Forge lasting relationships with influential external partners, like media outlets and industry influencers, amplifying our reach and impact - Keep a keen eye on marketing performance, analyzing and reporting on website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation metrics - Be in the heart of the action at events like trade shows and product launches, helping to organize and participate in these exciting opportunities - Empower the sales team with top-notch marketing materials and support for customer outreach **Requirements**: - 2 years of experience in working with a startup or relevant experiences. - Stellar verbal and written communication skills in English (bonus points for fluency in French or other languages) - Familiarity with content creation and management tools to craft compelling stories - Creative mindset to develop fresh, innovative marketing campaigns and content - You genuinely care about and deeply think about sustainability and climate (a specialization in the domain is a plus) - You choose action over antagonisation, and believe in the power of human ingenuity to rise up to challenges - You enjoy learning about new topics, absorb information like a sponge, and are able to condense your learnings swiftly. - You have high standards in thinking and communicating clearly. You display and expect clarity in ideas, plans and actions. - You like to get sh\*t done, and understand that nothing ever created is perfect, and that action + momentum > perfection - You have worked in a startup / lean environment before; and you take initiatives and thrive under less structured organisations - It’s a plus if you happen to be in Paris (or keen to relocate); otherwise we are committed to building a remote-first team, and we will just need to be sure to do the most stringent carbon removal after the regular in-person team gatherings The ball is in your court now We’ll get back to you soon.
