For a replacement during a maternity leave, we are looking for a **Product Manager** who wants to join our Product Development and Marketing team and help grow significantly our position on the European market across all channels.

**Vos missions**:
Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Bébé Confort stroller portfolio in alignment with brand positioning, consumer needs, and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and gaps.
- Champion the voice of the consumer, bringing insights from user research and market data into product decisions.

New Product Development (NPD) & Introduction (NPI)
- Lead cross-functional development teams through the end-to-end product development process (gate-based or agile), ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to define and validate product specifications and performance.
- Drive go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales, including packaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Support the go-to-market of the Tiny Love brand.

Product Lifecycle Management
- Monitor product performance, profitability, and consumer feedback to manage product enhancements, cost optimization, and discontinuation decisions.
- Own the SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization process, balancing innovation with commercial effectiveness.
- Partner with customer service and quality teams to ensure continuous improvement based on user feedback and technical issues.

**Votre profil**:

- Graduated with at least 2 years’ experience as product manager (Product Marketing & Product Development), ideally in an international environment working with consumer goods
- Strong sense of entrepreneurship, focused on finding creative opportunities
- Demonstrated strategic, analytical skills with a strong sense of business
- Fluency in numerical data (sales analysis)
- Ability to work autonomously within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Job located in our Cholet headquarter, near Nantes & Angers.
