**Description détaillée**:
Définir et justifier une expérience digitale multicanale web et app et intuitive avec nos équipes produit.
**Vos responsabilités**:
Business & strategie - Imaginer et formaliser les éléments Design de la stratégie produit:
En comprenant les enjeux business et utilisateurs afin de les traduire en opportunités
En challengeant et intégrant les enjeux business à ton travail.
Discovery - Comprendre les problèmes utilisateurs et concevoir les meilleures expériences possibles:
En cadrant les sujets avec votre PO ou PM
En dérisquant les opportunités grâce à la recherche - quantitative et qualitative - afin d?identifier et de préciser les problèmes et attentes (analyse de données, survey tactiques, entretiens ou tests utilisateurs, etc.
En formalisant l?ensemble de la connaissance utilisateur sous forme de livrables adaptés aux parties-prenantes du produit (persona, JTBD, etc.) ;
En explorant ou en désignant différentes solutions soutenues par la définition de KPIs mesurables, et pensées lors d?ateliers avec les parties prenantes ;
En testant et en validant avec les utilisateurs les solutions retenues (tests utilisateurs ou A/B test).
Delivery - Assurer une livraison fluide et qualitative en accompagnant l?équipe produit dans le delivery
En étant un acteur majeur de la qualité du delivery à travers une bonne collaboration avec POs et développeurs (handoff de qualité, QA minutieuses etc.);
En utilisant le Design System, en tant que contributeur et garant de sa cohérence ;
UI/UX Designer - Senior
Maîtriser le design d?expérience utilisateur tant sur le plan stratégique qu?opérationnel et savoir l?expliciter à des interlocuteurs à la fois experts ou novices en la matière ;
Maîtriser la méthodologie et les outils en lien avec le Product Design
Avoir une expérience réussie de 6 ans minimum en tant que Product Designer
Avoir une expérience professionnelle B2C Grand Public et e-commerce
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs de différents services.
Fortes compétences en communication écrite et verbale pour présenter des résultats d'analyse de manière claire et concise.
Anglais courant (présentations réalisées en Anglais).
Empathie, écoute active et pédagogie sont des mots clés pour vous
Forte capacité à donner et recevoir des feedbacks constructifs.
