**Internship Clinical Application Support - Ultrasound - South - France**

**_This is a one-year internship’s position_**

**_Affiliated to the South Territory and involves frequent travel across South of France._**

**_Ideally based in the Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse to facilitate travels._**

**_Location: Lyon, France / Marseille, France / Toulouse, France_**

Working in hospitals, you will be involved in testing, installation and training, with the main aim of ensuring that our customers are confident and competent in the use of Mindray products.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Act as an information point for customers to get the most value from Mindray products
- Liaising with hospitals to organise and manage clinical assessments, facilities and post-sales clinical support.
- For our customers, you will be the product expert and train them in the effective use of our products.
- Advising clients on workflow design according to the clinical context (intensive care units, operating theatres, emergency departments, etc.)
- Work with clients to define clinical configurations for safe and appropriate use
- Identify and communicate internally the company's growth opportunities
- Work with the regional account manager to generate profitable sales of Mindray devices.
- Communicate at all levels, adapting the content to the audience concerned to ensure that the training is well understood.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and in line with client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical, technical and commercial knowledge.
- Contribute to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks and training presentations.
- Manage and maintain training records

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Biomedical studies and marketing/economics
- You have experience of working independently and have project organisation skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to work in France without the need for company sponsorship
- Strong communication skills and natural curiosity
- Analytical skills, preferably in the clinical field
- Proven presentation skills, with strong influencing and persuasive powers to communicate ideas with conviction.
- High mobility during the working week.

**_Affilié au territoire Sud, qui implique également des déplacements fréquents sur la moitié Sud de la France. Idéalement basé à Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse pour faciliter les déplacements._**

Evoluant dans les hôpitaux, vous participerez aux essais, à l'installation et à la formation, l'objectif principal étant de s'assurer que nos clients sont confiants et compétents dans l'utilisation des produits Mindray.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Agir en tant que point d'information pour les clients afin qu'ils tirent le maximum de valeur des produits Mindray
- Liaison avec les hôpitaux pour organiser et gérer les évaluations cliniques, les installations et l'assistance clinique après-vente.
- Pour nos clients, vous serez l'expert en produits et les formerez à l'utilisation efficace de nos produits.
- Offrir des conseils aux clients sur la conception du flux de travail en fonction du contexte clinique (unités de soins intensifs, salles d'opération, services d'urgence, etc.)
- Travailler avec les clients pour définir des configurations cliniques permettant une utilisation sûre et appropriée
- Identifier et communiquer en interne les opportunités de croissance de l'entreprise
- Travailler avec le responsable de compte de la région pour générer des ventes rentables d'appareils Mindray.
- Communiquer à tous les niveaux, en adaptant le contenu au public concerné afin de garantir la bonne compréhension de la formation.
- Travailler avec plusieurs parties prenantes afin de planifier et d'exécuter efficacement les projets dans les délais impartis et conformément aux attentes des clients.
- Maintenir à jour les connaissances cliniques, techniques et commerciales.
- Contribuer à la conception et au développement de ressources produits telles que des guides d'utilisation, des cadres de compétences et des présentations de formation.
- Gérer et tenir à jour les dossiers de formation
