Sourcing Manager Commercial Components

Responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier management for given Commodity. Perform sourcing activities for a set portfolio of spend categories at global level to achieve commodity results and ensure compliance with Group strategy.
**Your Mission**:
- Develop and implement short and mid-term global commodity strategies for assigned commodity group.
- Define the annual saving budget identifying risk and opportunities for a given commodity, promote and lead cost reduction activities and alternative products/ solution, towards internal stakeholder and Suppliers, to contribute to the overall cost reduction target and is responsible of the tenders (RFQ) for the strategic or confidential allocated commodities.
- Negotiate long-term contracts with global and local Suppliers. Negotiation includes lists, quality standards, prices, discount rates, duration, delivery timescales, commercial terms and conditions.
- For complex situations (main disengagement,), support the team member in the supplier base management.
- Scout new suppliers to comply with the category strategy and lead the qualification process developping a unique sustainable supplier base.
**Your Profile**:
- Master Degree in Engineering is preferred; Business, Economics is also accepted
- Minimum 8 years in strategic sourcing in an international manufacturing company; Experience in international negotiation, contract and claim management
- English Fluent
- Fluency in French, Italian and/or Chinese is an advantage
