**Context/Client**

ECP is very present in the Energy sector.

We are looking for a Lead Planner M/F for one of our clients based in the South of France.

Join us and play a part in a challenge of an international magnitude to make of their technology a viable source of carbon-free energy.

You will directly report to the Project Control Integration Team Lead and have a key coordination role for a team of 15 Planners.

**Key duties & Responsibilities**:

- Take direction from and interacts directly with Project Control Integration Team Lead
- Responsible for the project scheduling Construction Detailed Work Schedule
- Liaise with Contractors and validate their works preparation and works execution schedules
- Analyse any delay to identify causes and find mitigation solution to keep the project on time
- Prepare and issue progress Weekly and Monthly reports
- Take into account Contractor’s progress, perform Detailed Schedule update on weekly basis
- Organize and manage coordination meetings, write and issue minutes of meetings
- Ensure respect for the organization and harmonization of resources (human and material) with the objectives set by the project management.

Profil (fiche métier)

You hold a Master’s degree in Project Management or graduated from an Engineer school and have at least 10 years’ experience in Planning.

You have a solid experience as scheduling specialist in major construction projects.

As a Senior planner, you already have an experience in coordinating the work of a planning team (no direct management involved). You aspire to be a technical leader, share best practices and ensure procedures and methodology are followed.

You have operated in a highly regulated environment, preferably nuclear.

You have demonstrated leadership in an international and multicultural environment.

You have also demonstrated experience of earned value and project Scheduling tools & techniques. You have a strong ability to analyze the specific constraints identified on the schedules issued by the work contractors.

A solid experience on Primavera P6 is required.

You have a strong sense of situational awareness, have great communication and negotiation skills and well organized.

Fluency in English is required.
