หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- Update new law on the daily basis which will focus on the significant law effecting the business of the Company
- Provide the legal opinion to the business units through the Legal Request System on related law and regulations issue
- Support the company projects by providing the legal opinion to ensure that the operation of the project is complied with the law and regulations
- Provide training to employee to create awareness of the Company's policies relating to legal issues
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, age between 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate legal, legal opinion would be required
- Experience in automobile hire-purchase business or financial institute is preferable
- Basic knowledge or experience in Finance & Banking, Corporate Governance, or Risk Management would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
