Account Specialist, Travel Sales

**What you do**
Working within the Global Strategic Partnerships division (Travel & Leisure) and reporting to Vice President Global Sales Operations, you will work with the Account Manager on projects, initiatives, financial analyses, reporting supervision, and special projects as needed to support the partnerships. As Account Specialist, your main responsibilities will include to:
Provide on-hands support, coordination, follow-up and perform day-to-day administrative management for the Account Management team, for these types of activities:
- issue resolution,
- product/pricing amendment,
- accounting tasks,
- financial analysis,
- reporting supervision
- account renewal
Maximize revenue and profitability by supporting the Account Manager in executing growth opportunities and working directly with partners
Support the project manager/lead for any new project launch and execute the coordination and leading of:
- gathering and understanding the requirements of project and its priority
- internal resources (both functional and geographical) - ensuring correct work is completed and timelines are met
- development/configuration work as needed
- testing of development/configuration work
- launch monitoring and support
Lead minor implementation projects and coordinate the activities to support those projects
Support the business units with any question around a partnership set up, tools & policy administration
**What you bring**
- Minimum 3 years proven track records of achievement in sales or project management in an international environment
- Very good capabilities in Excel
- Strong analytic skills
- A team player, with good communication skills in an international environment
- Languages: Business fluent level of English necessary, additional language would be a plus
