Such an ambitious growth strategy confirms Beaumier’s commitment to establish itself all over Europe **Reporting directly to the Brand Manager and working closely with the entire marketing team and the group’s hotels, you will be responsible for creating and adapting visual content across all our communication channels, ensuring consistency with the Beaumier brand guidelines and those of its individual properties.** Your main responsibilities will include: **GRAPHIC DESIGN & VISUAL CREATION** - Creation of print and digital communication materials (flyers, brochures, posters, banners, social media content, etc.) - Application and adaptation of brand guidelines across all formats - Contribution to the evolution of the visual identity of the group and its hotels **PHOTO EDITING & RETOUCHING** - Retouching, color grading, and processing of visuals from professional shoots or internally produced content - Selection and optimization of visuals for various formats (web, social media, print) **MOTION DESIGN & VIDEO** - Video editing for social media and brand content (interviews, reports, teasers) - Collaboration with external videographers for filming and post-production - Motion design - Creation of animated content (animated stories, reels, gifs, typographic animation, etc.) - Not mandatory, but a plus **PHOTO / VIDEO CONTENT CREATION** - Not mandatory, but a plus - Spontaneous and creative content creation on-site (iPhone or camera) during visits to our hotels - Participation in the preparation and coordination of photo and video shoots (casting, location scouting, logistics) **Profile & Experience**: - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, either in an agency or in-house - Excellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) - Knowledge of UI/UX is a plus - Solid understanding of photography and mobile content creation - Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics - Rigorous, autonomous, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Comfortable working in an international environment and liaising with a variety of stakeholders - Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) required - German or Spanish is a plus - Valid driver’s license (Category B) **The benefits of joining Beaumier**: - Exclusive discounts on accommodation, dining, and spa services across our Beaumier hotels. - Opportunities to collaborate with and support our various destinations in France (Val Thorens, Courchevel, Saint-Raphaël, Bonnieux, Lourmarin, Challes-les-Eaux), Spain (Ibiza), and Switzerland (Wengen). - Access to the "HelloCSE" platform, offering a wide range of discounts on numerous retail brands. - Possibility in remote Want to join a dynamic team and contribute to Beaumier’s success?
