Client Trainer (Knowledge Management
- CLDs) for Legal Software
- Main Missions

Deliver training sessions on CLDs products for Wolters Kluwer Legal Software customers, all versions and all modules combined.

Provide internal training on CLDs products to Wolters Kluwer Legal Software employees (knowledge transfer).

Contribute to the Onboarding of new BU / countries / divisions, especially in the context of the onboarding project for the L&R USA teams.

Help ensure compliance with the training processes and strategy set up by the KM within Legal Software

Reporting to the KM Director (CLDs).
- SCOPE
- Administrative tasks

Plan sessions and ensuring that the schedule is kept up to date Draft training agreements when needed In charge of attendance reports and feedback monitoring Collaborate with Finance department for invoicing

External Client Training

Work with the Sales teams to understand the customers’ history and goals as well as the scope of the deals for client deployments Work in collaboration with the Services Teams to understand the specificities of the configuration implemented and the choices made by the customers Adapt the training program and preparing the client environment for the sessions (product base, number of licenses, etc.) Deliver quality training sessions, in their entirety and on time After the training: transfer the information to the Sales / Services / Product teams, then deal with the Work requests. Participate in the production of a Training Catalogue, training plans and programs Contribute to clients’ satisfaction (process, NPS, fire-fighting actions)

Internal Client Training

Participate in the Onboarding of new BU / countries / divisions (L&R USA) and organize the product knowledge transfer. Work in collaboration with the Product Teams to test and improve the products Possible contribution to the production of training materials for employees Deliver “A la carte” training for quicker and easier knowledge transfer Adapt knowledge transfer on CLDs products to the different BU and teams of Legal Software: Services / Sales / Product / Support / KM Prepare and coach new trainers in KM team

Assertive (ability to express oneself and defend one's rights without stepping on those of the client, avoiding passivity, and without being aggressive) Very good customer relations and communication skills Dynamic, enthusiastic, knows how to promote the use of CLDs products and present their benefits to clients in a user-friendly way Very good team spirit and cooperation within the KM department Is able to make propositions to develop offers in the KM department and Wolters Kluwer Legal Software
- Studies & Work Experience- Education at Bachelor's degree (3 years minimum)- Previous experience of minimum 5 years in delivering training (on site and remotely)- Fluent in French & English (able to deliver trainings in both languages)- Good knowledge of the suite Office365- Legal knowledge would be an asset
