Join us and make it your own story Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: * spend most of your time on the floor, checking the cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public areas * substitute our Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence * share responsibility for our housekeeping team, which includes both internal staff and external cleaning companies, and ensure the team works together smoothly * train and coach the team, ensuring that the established quality standards are maintained and followed * assist in coordinating the external cleaning companies, handling orders, and checking delivery bills * work hand in hand with our hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfil the wishes of our guests We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: * previous experience in the same position * a passion for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail * presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you * enjoying working with international guests and know exactly how to respond smartly to their diverse needs * speaking fluent French and can communicate well in English What's in for you?
