About the role

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor for the opening of our new Parfums de Marly store, located on Rue François 1er in Paris.

Under the responsibility of the Store Manager and as a brand ambassador, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Advice: Provide exceptional customer experience by welcoming both local and international clients according to Parfums de Marly's luxury standards. Advise and present our universe and fragrance creations in a personalized manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the history, values, and collections of Parfums de Marly to share your expertise with our clients.
  • Customer Fidelity: Enrich and manage our customer database, implement CRM actions to create lasting relationships with our clientele.
  • Daily Store Management: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining the proper upkeep and presentation of the store (restocking, surface cleaning, managing testers and deliveries, attractive merchandising).
  • Performance Objectives: Actively contribute to the growth of sales and the achievement of commercial targets while ensuring exceptional service.

  • You are passionate about the universe of fragrances and have a strong knowledge of the industry.
  • You are organized, meticulous, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • You practice active listening and demonstrate empathy to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • You are autonomous and have a strong ability to adapt.
  • You enjoy taking on challenges and have a strong drive for achieving commercial goals.
  • You have a polished appearance and excellent oral communication skills.

Desired Background and Experience:

  • You have 2 to 5 years of sales experience (excluding internships), ideally in the luxury sector and specifically in niche perfumery.
