Hotel Inspector

About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Auditors with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail to evaluate restaurant/Hotels operations and customer experience. In this role, you will visit designated restaurants/hotel anonymously, assess specific service and quality standards, and provide detailed reports based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct undercover visits to restaurants & Hotels as a typical customer.
• Evaluate and document various aspects of the dining experience, including:
• Customer service quality
• Cleanliness and ambiance
• Food presentation and taste
• Staff behavior and knowledge
• Compliance with brand standards and protocols
• Accurately complete detailed evaluations and submit reports within specified timelines.
• Adhere to assignment-specific instructions and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong observational and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain objective.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and protocols.
• Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or auditing is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or camera.
• Willingness to travel locally for assignments.
