About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our EAME Regulatory function for Fragrance and Aroma Molecules.

This pivotal role ensures strong, coordinated support for regional site teams and drives an EU-centric strategy to deliver best-in-class, customer-focused regulatory and product compliance services. You will lead diverse Customer Stewardship teams across France, Germany, and Spain, ensuring global alignment while meeting regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of EAME FRA & AM Customer Stewardship teams.
• Drive staff development and manage departmental responsibilities, including budget planning and authorisation.
• Harmonise global processes with regional alignment to optimise workflows and meetings.
• Monitor EU legislation, engage in lobbying, and actively participate in trade associations (mainly IFRA but also local & regional).
• Interpret and implement new or changing regulatory requirements.
• Act as a trusted consultant for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support strategic projects, focusing on customer relations, documentation, and turnaround times.
• Define and implement strategies for regional and key global customers.
• Champion continuous improvement, process optimisation, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Maintain market and customer awareness, ensuring proactive communication on high-level topics.

Profile

• Background in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, Life Science, Toxicology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience mandatory, including people management
• Experience in regulatory implementation.
• Member of trade association working groups and regulatory authority engagement.
• Expertise in Fragrance and Fragrance ingredient EU Legislation.
• Strong technical knowledge of fragrance and consumer product regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in international teams with a global mindset.
• Fluency in English mandatory, French and/or German is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, project management, and process optimisation skills.

Salary
: €100,000 - €120,000 per year + Bonus + Benefits
