Product Marketing Manager

- You will own product marketing initiatives end to end, ensuring products are positioned clearly and successfully launched to market. Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify insights, opportunities, and unmet needs.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to different customer segments.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new and existing products.
- Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, training content, and supporting collateral.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Guide the customer lifecycle from awareness to retention, focusing on adoption, loyalty, and churn reduction.
- Requirements:
- The ideal candidate brings strong product marketing expertise combined with analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills. Key requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong product and technical understanding, with the ability to translate features into customer value.
- Proven experience in market research, customer analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple product launches.
- Experience in dental products is required; orthodontic product experience is a strong plus.
