In the context of strong growth, we are now looking for our future Growth Manager for our offices in Lyon.
About your missions ?
Generate a constant flow of qualified new leads using all possible acquisition levers.
- Acquisition Strategy & Channel Management
- Execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy to generate a continuous flow of new leads (MQLs).
- Identify, test, and prioritize the most effective acquisition channels:
- Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
- Webinars
- Development of the network on the social media
- Targeted LinkedIn outreach (CEO network)
- Partnership development: Clusters, Federations, Consultants, Schools…
- Cold emailing & LinkedIn outreach
- Identify new sources of leads (communities, partnerships, industry platforms).
- Monitor, optimize, and scale the channels that perform.
- Plan, coordinate, promote & organize webinars in French, Spanish & English to engage a broader audience.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns in both French, Spanish and English, targeting specific segments for customized engagement..
- Collaborate on follow-up campaigns and nurturing sequences.

2) Conversion Funnel Optimization (before nurturing)
(In collaboration with the Lead Acquisition Manager to align on target personas, segments, and quality metrics for leads; ensure collected leads are tagged and segmented properly for lifecycle marketing in the CRM; provide insights from campaigns that inform lead scoring and lifecycle strategies.)
- Create, optimize, and continuously test acquisition landing pages (in coordination with the Web/SEO specialist).
- Minimize all friction points before lead qualification.
- Test different forms, entry offers, messaging angles, ICPs, CTAs…
- Ensure all forms, CTAs, and lead capture mechanisms are connected to the CRM.
- Optimize conversion rates across the full campaign journey:
- impressions → clicks → landing page → form → qualified lead.
3) Creation & testing of "Lead Magnet" Acquisition Offers
(In collaboration with the content and/or design person as needed)
- Deploy fast-to-produce acquisition assets:
- mini-guides, checklists, templates, free tools, diagnostics, quizzes, white papers, blog…
- Design value propositions that attract new leads.
- Deploy and measure "lead magnet" campaigns to expand the top of the funnel.
4) Reporting & Optimization
Track lead volume, engagement, and efficiency across channels.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI such as :
- Lead volume
- Engagement rates
- Social media growth
- Webinar attendance
- Landing page conversions
- Present actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Optimize acquisition channels based on performance data
Suggest corrective actions to continuously improve results.

You have at least 2 years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or performance marketing.
You are experienced with paid channels such as SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, affiliation, events, or similar, and you are eager to scale acquisition beyond current channels.
You are methodical and know how to manage your priorities, while demonstrating responsiveness.
Good written and spoken English skills are desirable.
