Introduction :
Under the supervision of the Design Office Manager, the design drafter is responsible for the design and modeling of molding components and serves as the direct point of contact for our clients regarding the technical follow-up of their projects.
Main Activities:
Studies and designs preliminary studies, part diagrams, sub-assemblies, and assemblies
Creates and updates drawings, bills of materials, finishing plans, and documentation
Identifies dimensional, functional, and physical constraints and determines specifications and tolerances
Ensures the transfer of the study file to production and procurement
Maintains communication and exchanges with clients on the projects for which they are responsible
