Le poste en 2 lignes
Tu produis tout le contenu visuel de WeNeeds : vidéos social media et visuels de marque. Tu bosses en binôme avec la responsable marketing — elle pilote la strat, tu proposes et tu exécutes.
Ce que tu vas faire
Vidéo (50%)
- Contenus vidéo pour LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram (formats courts, reels, teasers produit)
- Tournage et montage (interviews, behind the scenes, démos produit)
- Coordination avec le motion designer pour les animations
Design graphique (50%)
- Visuels pour les réseaux sociaux (carrousels, stories, posts)
- Supports marketing (présentations, one-pagers, assets pour le site)
- Déclinaisons de la charte graphique WeNeeds
Ce qu'on attend de toi
- Tu proposes des concepts créatifs, pas juste de l'exécution
- Tu comprends les codes des réseaux B2B et B2C
- Tu livres vite et bien — on itère, on teste, on recommence
- Tu défends tes idées mais tu acceptes le feedback
Stack obligatoire
- Vidéo : Premiere Pro
- Design : Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Bonus : CapCut, Notion
Profil
- 2-4 ans d'expérience en création de contenu
- Portfolio solide avec des exemples vidéo ET graphisme
- Sensibilité produit/tech, tu captes vite l'univers SaaS/IA
- Autonome, proactif
