Missions
En tant que Senior Business Controller, vous serez un point de pivot dans le pilotage financier de plusieurs BU (Média, Créa, Influence) en interaction avec les équipes Accounting, HR, et Operations.
Sous la supervision des équipes financières groupe et en étroite collaboration avec la direction, vous serez chargé du reporting mensuel, d'assurer le contrôle budgétaire, la gestion du cash en fournissant des rapports mensuels à la direction.
1- Controlling / Reporting / Budget
• Préparation du budget des entités du périmètre (élaboration, suivi, forecast)
• Préparation et production des différentes clôtures (mensuelles, trimestrielles, annuelles) pour les besoins du Reporting du Groupe avec notamment un focus sur le respect des cut-off et des marges
• Analyse mensuelle quantitative et qualitative des indicateurs clés de performance (chiffre d'affaires, EBITDA, BFR, trésorerie)§ Contrôle et pilotage des coûts des entités du périmètre (suivi des marges opérationnelles, staff costs, G&A, IT, coûts fixes/variables)
• Prévision de trésorerie avec un suivi précis du BFR et des capex des entités du périmètre
2- Mise en place, uniformisation et automatisation des outils de pilotage financier
• Participer à la structuration des processus de reporting / controlling opérationnel dans un objectif d'assurer 1) une visibilité constante sur la performance du périmètre et 2) de participer à la prise de décisions dans le cadre de l'amélioration de la performance (suivi des marges, analyse de la performance par département etc..)
• Automatisation des outils de reporting
• Participer à la mise en place d'outils groupe en filiale (ERP, Planification financière etc..)
• Synthétisation de l'information financière du périmètre afin de fournir à la direction les outils nécessaires à la prise de décision et au monitoring de l'activité.
3- Business Partner, interface entre la finance et les opérations
• Avoir un rôle de Business Partner entre les opérations, la direction du périmètre et la direction financière du groupe. Vous serez le garant de la fiabilité des reportings financiers mais aussi force de proposition quant au déploiement de plan d'action en vue d'améliorer la performance du périmètre.
• Préparation des Business Review mensuelles avec la direction du groupe (comex) et la finance groupe. Vous serez garant de la fiabilité des chiffres présentés et du respect des deadlines de communications des supports pour les Business Reviews
• Coordination et animation des différents outils & process en filiale (SalesForce / Spendesk / Agicap …)
Profil recherché
•
3 à 6 ans d'expérience
en contrôle de gestion / business controlling, idéalement dans un environnement multi-activité (Média, Digital, Agence, Services B2B).
• Passage par un
grand groupe
, cabinet d'audit / transaction services ou environnement structuré apprécié
• Une expérience en
environnement groupe / filiales
avec coordination multi-interlocuteurs (finance groupe, BU, opérations).
• Expérience dans la
mise en place ou optimisation de process, outils financiers ou ERP.
• École de commerce / école d'ingénieur / Master CCA ou Finance.
• Solides bases en
comptabilité, analyse financière, cash management, performance opérationnelle.
