-Mettre au point des modèles d'évaluation in vitro des propriétés immunologiques des adjuvants pour vaccins génétiques (ADN/ARNm).

-Développer une étude autour de la protection du matériel génétique et de son intégrité/ expression en milieu cellulaire, dans le cadre de la vaccination

Are you a MATCH?

Profil et compétences : 

  • Vous êtes en Master 2 avec des compétences en biologie moléculaire, immunologie / vaccinologie et en culture cellulaire.

  • La cytométrie en flux serait un plus. 

  • Français et Anglais maîtrisés

Vos atouts : 

  • Vous êtes force de proposition, proactif, rigoureux et autonome.

  • Vous faites preuve de curiosité et avez un attrait pour l'innovation et le développement de méthodes.

  • Vous savez travailler en équipe.
