hybride à Paris
, au sein de l'équipe
FA & AI
d'UpSlide, une scale-up SaaS qui améliore la productivité dans Microsoft 365 via des fonctionnalités innovantes, notamment IA.

Objectif principal

Concevoir et implémenter
fonctionnalités IA à fort impact
pour les produits PowerPoint, Excel et Word, tout en guidant techniquement l'équipe et en diffusant une culture IA.

Responsabilités clés

  • Développer des
    fonctionnalités IA
    en collaboration avec le Product Manager.
  • Intégrer et orchestrer des solutions IA (ex : OpenAI, Claude).
  • Expérimenter et affiner des modèles (fine-tuning, context engineering).
  • Assurer veille technologique et proposer des idées pour enrichir le produit.
  • Participer à des pratiques agiles : sprints, pair-programming, clean code, revues de code, tests et CI/CD.

Profil recherché

  • ≥ 5 ans d'expérience
    en développement, avec expérience IA sur produit réel.
  • Solides bases en programmation orientée objet.
  • Passion pour le
    clean code
    et le TDD.
  • Sensibilité UX et confort des utilisateurs.
  • Anglais professionnel (B2+).
  • Curieux·se, autonome, capable d'impacter l'équipe.
