The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: What You'll Do The Partnerships and Sponsorships Officer is an integral part of the Communications, Brand, and Sustainable Development Department. They report directly to the Head of Operations and Cultural Partnerships of the AXA Group.   Through their actions, they contribute to the activation and deployment of the AXA Group's sustainable development strategy.   Contributing to the reflection on the overhaul of the AXA Group's sponsorship and philanthropic strategyParticipation in working groups established for this projectPreparation of agendas and slides for steering committeesStrategic watch and monitoring   Monitoring of cultural partnerships engaged by the AXA GroupParticipation in contractual negotiations and drafting of partnership agreements in coordination with Compliance, Legal, and Procurement departmentsAssistance in organizing public relations events linked to sponsorship agreements and benefitsFollow-up of benefits, administrative and financial   Assistance in designing, organizing, and monitoring event operations in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Cultural PartnershipsDesign, organization, and follow-up of event operations for the Communications, Brand, and Sustainable Development Director and the AXA Group CEO OfficeSupport to GIE departments and/or AXA entities in designing and organizing events and public relations operations (gala evenings/dinners, sports/cultural events, etc.) in coordination with executive assistants and cultural/sports partners or operatorsBack-office follow-up of events: dashboards, timelines, reporting, and budget trackingYOUR PROFILE Who You Are Gestion de projetExcellentes compétences organisationnellesCapacité à prioriser les tâches et à gérer le temps de manière efficaceRigueur et sens du détailDiplomatie et sens de la négociationRéactivé et capacité d'adaptationEsprit d'initiative et force de propositionGrande aisance relationnelleQualité d'écouteBonne résistance au stressMaîtrise du protocole et des usagesForte appétence pour le secteur culturel/sportifWe encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the qualifications listed.In AXA, we are convincing that diversity did the wealth of our company.
