Job Description
As a Marketing & Communications Intern at Flexis SAS, you will play a supportive role in various marketing projects, including event planning, brand campaigns, and partnership initiatives. You will work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure successful project delivery. This position is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and marketing activations.
- Assist in the implementation of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and goals.
- Collaborate with the team to manage partnerships and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Prepare materials for events, campaigns, and presentations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct research to support campaign planning, partnership development, and market insights.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing activities, including scheduling, venue booking, and vendor management.
- Help maintain internal marketing databases, track project progress, and prepare status reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and a desire to learn in a hands-on environment.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude, with attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in event planning or project coordination.
- Interest in brand marketing, partnerships, and corporate communications.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
