About The Job
Join us as an
Marketing Excellence Intership
within our Global Marketing Excellence team. You will participate in driving the capability learning agenda for the marketers of the future by contributing with
content creation
and
data reporting management that will engage our global community
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our Brand Builders Hub : content update, video tutorial development with capability experts, development of new features.
- Manage the KPI tracking and Performance Reporting (Excel, Power BI)
- Assist in the creation, updating and localization of global marketing toolkits, playbooks and templates.
- Lead a new training module creation, working closely with our capability partners.
- Responsible of the management of a project : Track project timelines and deliverables, coordinate across teams, follow up with stakeholders, attend meetings and keep documentation and status trackers updated.
- Create the content for internal communications (emailing, videos, banners, etc).
About You
- BAC +4/5 - Degree in Business Marketing
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of basic understanding of market segmentation, consumer insights and targeting, branding and architecture, digital media strategies, ideation, innovation
- Experience creating Power BI dashboards from raw data, managing and cleaning datasets, and nice to have- building analytics solutions such as LLM-based insights.
- Experience in data analysis and recommendations based on these analyses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint, and Canva.
Skills
- Strong communication (verbal & written- English, French is a plus) and team player with influencing skills.
- Excellence analytical skills to turn complex data into clear insights
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects independently
- Proactive, self-motivated to work with remonte teams
- Project management skills, with flawless execution and attention to detail.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- English proficiency: Fluent.
