You play a strategic role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals. With expertise in recruiting for C-level, VP, and mission-critical roles, you combine technical proficiency, leadership, and a people-centric approach to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Delivery & Technical Excellence

  You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of Pelico's platform for enterprise customers, from technical discovery to production go-live. This includes designing and validating data architectures, SQL mappings, and integration flows, while ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

  You will act as the highest-level technical escalation point during deliveries and remain hands-on when required (SQL, Python, Docker, cloud environments). You will also contribute to defining and continuously improving delivery standards, technical playbooks, and documentation, while relaying structured field feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

• Customer-Centric Technical Leadership

  You will serve as a trusted technical partner for customers, leading technical discovery workshops with IT and data teams and translating business needs into clear, scalable technical solutions. As the main technical referent during deployments, you will participate in key customer meetings and onsite visits (1–2 per month), clearly explaining technical choices, constraints, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. When needed, you will support Sales and Pre-Sales on complex technical feasibility discussions.

• Team Leadership & Scaling

  You will build, manage, and mentor a team of 3–4 Solution Engineers, ensuring consistent delivery quality and strong technical standards. This includes supporting onboarding and skill development, allocating work effectively, contributing to hiring and technical assessments, and fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What We're Looking For : 

• 8+ years of professional experience in software, data, or solution engineering roles

• Strong technical background (software engineering, data engineering, or similar)

• Proven experience leading a team (minimum 2–3 people)

• Experience working with enterprise customers in complex environments

• Strong SQL (data modeling, mappings, transformations)

• Python (scripting, automation, data processing)

• Docker & containerized environments

• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Data pipelines / ETL / ELT

• CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals
