Position Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, with the support of our design lead and under the responsibility of the Product Managers, you will contribute actively to the development of 2 different products, working actively with other members of the team, UI designer, Product manager, Developers and all business stakeholders.

Product 1 : Development of a new solution, PLM (Portfolio Lifecycle Management)

Solution goal : PLM allow business teams to manage our product portfolio dynamically and enhance our responsiveness to the clients

Product 2 : Improvements of a live & recently shipped core solution : Smart Lab

Solution goal : Manage our application samples, from request to delivery

Key responsibilities & mission - product 1

Mapping the current situation

• Organize & conduct relevant activities with final users & business stakeholders to identify needs, pain points & ways of working : Interviews, focus groups, workshops, card sorting activities ...
• Represent learnings with tangible and visual deliverables like user journey & personae in order to transform all data collected into actionable insights

Frame the future solution : ideation & convergence

• Organize & conduct design activities to bring stakeholders together and help them align on a single solution : Sketching group activities, design critique, design sprint ...
• Test early stage ideas supported by materials to foster the decision making process.
• Ship important design artefact necessary to frame the future solution and support the PM to build the roadmap: Site map, target user journey, UI of main templates, screenflow &, interaction rules.

Delivery, High fidelity design shipping.

• Participate to Agile rituals
• Leverage the design system available, with the help of our Lead UI to craft user interfaces, ready to dev.
• Participate to functional specification
• Test your designs, when needed, to reduce risk of user rejection.

Key responsibilities & mission - product 2

• Understand users : organize and conduct user research activities aligned with product roadmaps : Interviews, observations, user tests in order to understand user objectives

and pain points and map user tasks.

• Deliver :

Prototype solutions to test with users or reach stakeholders alignment

Participate to agile rituals, Craft high fidelity user interfaces leveraging the design system, accompany development teams to ensure design consistency.

• Measure : Participate to the definition of UX metrics, adoption, retention and satisfaction

Skills Required

• Prototyping & testing : As a designer, you believe that tangible designs are worth a thousand words. You will prototype to test with users, to align your team or communicate with business stakeholders.
• UI & Interaction design: you are mastering ergonomic rules and know how to create high fidelity mockups that feel satisfying for end users and match the technical and design standard of the company
• Design advocacy: Articulate and defend design decisions with clarity, ensuring that the rationale is understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitation. Facilitation skills to articulate remote discussions between different stakeholders across different world locations.
• Product prioritization: Support product managers and stakeholders in prioritizing the product roadmap through evidence-based user insights.
• Product adoption : Support the product team to collect all user data related to the product usage, foster adoption of new features by implementing in-app guidance and help leveraging our adoption platform too (Appcues)
• Functional specification : Working with the PM you will contribute to the product backlog, writing functional specifications.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment from the framing to the execution of design related
• AI culture & mindset: You have integrated AI capabilities in your way of thinking, and workflow, research analysis, accelerating layout exploration, concept generation, visual exploration ...

Requirements & Experience

• Bachelor's / Master's degree or certified training in Design, HCI, or related fields
• 7+ years of professional experience in end-to-end product design
• Fluent in English
• Experience with complex business applications is a must.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping impactful user-centered products
• Fluent in Figma for design and prototyping
• Worked within design systems that you regularly contributed to and helped evolve
• At ease with digital product metrics : Adoption, engagement, retention
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must, including the ability to

provide solid justifications for design decisions and influencing stakeholders

• Empathy (for users and stakeholders), rigor (you are serious about doing good design),

pragmatism (you know when to tap into perfectionism, and when not to), curiosity and a growth mindset (you know nothing Jon Snow, or something like that)

• Experience convincing stakeholders of the value of user-centered design for thebusiness
• An updated portfolio showcasing your design process, from problem definition to final solutions and impact on the business
• Potential travels worldwide
• A first experience with GenAI will be appreciated
