Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and empower a cross-functional communications team to deliver impactful internal and external communication strategies across the company.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive communication plan that aligns with corporate objectives, brand voice, and values.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring proactive and effective information flow across all levels and regions.
  • Oversee content creation for internal platforms, employee engagement initiatives, executive messaging, and corporate announcements.
  • Drive communications projects from start to finish, fostering collaboration with design, HR, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing through communication, promoting a positive and motivated organisational culture.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on communication effectiveness, and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics.
  • Support crisis communications and change management initiatives as needed, partnering closely with HR and leadership teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in communications leadership, internal communications, or PR, ideally in online entertainment, technology, or iGaming sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies for diverse, global teams in a dynamic business setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with a flexible, solutions-driven approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Solid experience with digital communication tools, corporate intranets, and collaboration platforms.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to translate complex messages into engaging, people-centred communications.
  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and judgement in managing confidential matters.
