Your next challenge

As a key member Global Hub Data Team, the Data Visualization Lead / power BI Admin is responsible for defining and propagating best practices related to the use of the Power BI solution. Actively contributing to global Use Case and global dashboards by delivering and / or leading data visualization experts to build and manage official global Dashboards (Finance, Operation, Business, Payments…).

The Data Visualization Lead works closely with global competence centers to identify Reporting Need and to ensure the delivery of the reports. Being member of the Data Hub team, he oversees animating the worldwide Data Visualization community, to define the governance for power BI workspaces, to follow the solution evolution and to also administrate the Power BI Premium instance and the related Gateways. Aware of data privacy topic, you also ensure the right use of the BI solution and track the compliance with company policies and / or country regulations.

To achieve this goal the working scope will cover:

• Business needs collection and challenge for Global Use Case related to Business intelligence

• Administration of the Power BI Premium instance: access policy, setup, monitoring, gateway connections setup

• Document best practices (import mode, direct query, DAX …) and train teams worldwide

• Build and deploy Global Reports with or without dedicated global data visualization experts

• Co-define with the CDO the Self-Service BI strategy according to technical capabilities and security requirements under a governed and efficient model
Leveraging a solid background with Power BI Solution, Storytelling, reporting design and KPI definition and computations, you lead the transformation to deliver more value through an agile and efficient Business intelligence practice.

You're a match

• Master's degree in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence or equivalent
• Experience in working in a complex matrix organization with transversal management
• At least 2 years working in a Business Intelligence leading position
• 3-5 years' experience with Power BI Solution (administration role experience and knowledge is mandatory)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French

Your location: Central Paris, hybrid role that will require you to attend 3 times a week to the office.
