Front End Developer

What You'll Be Doing
The Technology & Engineering department at Future fosters a collaborative environment focused on delivering effective, well-engineered, and scalable solutions. As a Frontend Developer, you will be an important member of the Emailtech Team at Future, collaborating closely with the broader Technology & Engineering department. Reporting to the Tech Lead, you will deliver scalable, well-structured, and efficient web applications. You will work on both green-field projects and the enhancement of existing systems, focused on frontend components.

• Develop scalable applications and performant frontend interfaces (React, AngularJS) for major Future brands
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams, ensuring high-quality design implementation, testing coverage, and reliable code
• Promote innovation by staying current with new technologies, joining hack days, and identifying and resolving issues

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• Good English level - Be able to participate to meetings in English
• The ability to build components from scratch in a JS framework (e.g. React/AngularJS) and a full understanding of the component life-cycle
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest / Jasmine /Cypress) and build tools (e.g., Webpack / Vite / Parcel)
• 3+ years of experience with Git or an equivalent version control system
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices
• Experience with creating and running containers locally

This is a Hybrid role from our Grenoble Office, working two days from the office, two from home
