About The Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help us build and scale Kolet's core product and internal platforms.

You will work across the stack on user-facing features, backend systems, and internal tools, contributing to telecom-related functionality, a new B2B offering, and customer care automation. You'll own features end-to-end and collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Care to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions.

Missions

  • Build and maintain end-to-end product features, spanning frontend, backend, and integrations.
  • Contribute to the development of a new B2B offering, including partner-facing UIs, API and access management.
  • Leverage AI tools and integrations to accelerate delivery and operations, helping teams unblock complex or repetitive tasks across Product, Ops, and Customer Care.
  • Maintain telecom-related workflows (eSIM provisioning, activation, lifecycle management, status and error handling).
  • Ensure features are reliable, observable, and maintainable in production.
  • Help improve developer experience, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, maintainable TypeScript across frontend and backend.
  • Build and evolve React / interfaces for customer-facing and internal products.
  • Design and maintain APIs supporting B2C and B2B use cases.
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Proven experience shipping and maintaining production web applications.
  • Experience owning features end-to-end, from UI to backend and deployment.
  • Exposure to products with external integrations or operational complexity.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of , TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with NestJS, ReactNative or
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Product, Operations, and Customer Care.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience building B2B products, internal tools, or back-office systems.
  • Exposure to telecom, payments, or integration-heavy domains.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and production debugging.
  • Experience building dashboards or admin interfaces.

Languages

Fluent in French and English.
