Au sein de notre équipe Projet et en collaboration avec notre practice Data & AI Technology (Data Ingénieurs, Data Scientists, MLOps, Data Analysts), tu es en charge du pilotage et de la coordination des contributeurs des différents projets Data dans ton périmètre aux typologies variées (projets internes, projets clients, études de faisabilité, R&D, produits).

A cet effet, tu es en charge de coordonner l'équipe technique et fonctionnelle, d'animer le pilotage des projets, de gérer et prioriser le calendrier de réalisation, d'animer la relation avec le client et gérer les risques projet.

Pilotage de projets clients et internes :

  • Coordination des équipes ;

  • Supervision de la production (suivi de projet, respect de la roadmap et du cahier des charges) ;

  • Contrôle de la documentation technique & didactique ;

  • Gestion du delivery et des tests qualités ;

  • Suivi du respect du budget et des deadlines ;

  • Suivi du respect des spécifications initiales (Users stories, maquettes, backlogs) ;

  • Garantir le respect des engagements en délai et qualité.

  • Mettre en place un processus d'amélioration continue avec les features team et les Business Owner  en construisant et en alimentant des KPIs clairs pour permettre des analyses de performance ;

  • Contrôler la conformité du projet à la demande initiale du client et au cahier des charges ;

  • Porter et pratiquer les valeurs de l'agilité au sein de la feature team, notamment le respect des cérémonies agiles : weekly, refinement, rétrospective…).

AMOA :

  • Recueillir, formaliser et consolider le besoin métier ;

  • Définir des grands axes du projet à implémenter selon les besoins du client ;

  • Accompagner le changement ;

  • Coordonner les différents acteurs d'un cas d'usage client : Métier/MOA, équipe d'intégration, MOE des différents systèmes concernés, archis, équipe de RUN/exploitation ;

  • Collaborer avec les PO et les BO pour assurer un alignement global et un partage des best practices ;

  • Conseiller les métiers, utilisateurs dans l'utilisation et le paramétrage des solutions fournies et être force de proposition.

Gestion de la relation clientèle opérationnelle (en lien avec le responsable de compte) :

  • Points réguliers d'information sur l'avancée des projets & centralisation des suivis ;

  • Réponse aux demandes (évolutions, bugs, spécifiques) ;

  • Conduite des rendez-vous de production (recettage, tests, etc.) ;

  • Supervision de la production des documentations client (Compte-rendu, manuel d'utilisation, product agreement, rapport d'étude).

Appui à la rédaction des propositions commerciales (en lien avec le responsable Sales) :

  • Formalisation et consolidation des chiffrages ;

  • Contrôle de la réponse technique aux propositions commerciales & appels d'offre (en appui du responsable commercial) ;

  • Supervision de la conception technique de la réponse (chiffrages et planification, vérification des roadmaps et des spécifications techniques)

  • Ponctuellement : prise de briefs clients, suivi et relance des leads, animation d'un portefeuille de clients.
