Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Operational Specialist at BLAK Aviation. As an Operational Specialist, you will coordinate daily aviation logistics, manage operations for air charter and fleet sales, and ensure effective communication between clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting project management tasks, analyzing operational data, and contributing to the seamless execution of aviation services while maintaining the company's commitment to precision and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess operational challenges and develop solutions
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, operators, and team members
  • Experience in sales and operations management to facilitate aviation services
  • Proficiency in charter flight management, with the ability to organize and execute tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Avinode & FL3XX.
  • Attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and adaptability to a remote working environment
  • English speaking (fluent)
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry or charter logistics is a plus
  • Relevant educational background or certifications in business, charter flight operations, or a related field preferred
