Dans le cadre du déploiement d'une plateforme d'agents IA au sein d'un grand groupe international, nous recherchons un(e) AI Agentic Governance Officer pour renforcer l'équipe en charge de la gouvernance, de la conformité et de la sécurité des environnements IA.

En occupant cette position, vous serez chargé(e) d'établir et de maintenir le cadre de gouvernance garantissant que tous les agents d'IA sont conformes, audités, sûrs et transparents tout au long de leur cycle de vie. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Développement du cadre de gouvernance
  • Veiller à ce que les cadres de gouvernance évoluent conformément aux directives de l'Autorité interne en technologies d'IA.
Gestion du cycle de vie des agents et des clients/serveurs MCP

  • Établir des protocoles pour la création, le déploiement, la surveillance et la mise hors service des agents d'IA et des MCP, en conformité avec l'Autorité en technologies d'IA et les processus de la plateforme.

  • Maintenir un catalogue : assurer la visibilité sur les interactions des agents, la logique de décision et les dépendances entre agents.

Suivi de la conformité aux règles
  • Surveiller les agents conformément aux règles internes définies par l'Autorité en technologies d'IA.
Explicabilité et auditabilité

  • Garantir que chaque décision prise par un agent d'IA soit traçable, auditable et justifiable auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes.

  • Développer des tableaux de bord et des rapports pour un suivi transparent des résultats et des performances des agents.

Surveillance continue et apprentissage
  • Définir des mécanismes dynamiques de rétroaction et de détection des anomalies pour aider les agents d'IA à s'auto-corriger tout en signalant les écarts aux propriétaires des agents et en assurant la mise en œuvre avec le Responsable technique de la plateforme.
Collaboration inter fonctionnelle
  • Travailler en partenariat avec l'Autorité en technologies d'IA, les équipes MLOps et cybersécurité pour aligner les politiques de gouvernance avec la maturité et la stratégie IA de l'organisation.
