Datacentre Cabling Technicians – 6-Week Project (Extension Likely) – Île-de-France
We are supporting a client who is preparing for an upcoming
datacentre cabling project,
and are now looking to engage
8–9 Datacenter Cabling Engineers
to support cable installation works inside a live datacentre environment.
This opportunity is well suited to technicians with experience in
fibre and copper cabling, structured cabling projects, and physical datacentre infrastructure work
who are looking for project-based work with the potential to extend.
Although this advert is written in English, we actively welcome applications from
French-speaking technicians
.
Please note:
the primary working language on site will be English
, so technicians must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Working pattern
Day and night shifts available.
Scope of work
Technicians will be engaged to carry out cabling works inside a datacentre, including:
- Installation of fibre and copper (UTP) cabling
- Routing, running, and dressing cables between cabinets and cable trays
- Working in tight spaces to keep cabling well organised
- Correct handling of sensitive cabling to avoid damage
Experience required
- Previous experience working with
fibre optic cabling - Strong understanding of
structured cabling and cable management principles - Experience working in
data center - Able to
communicate effectively

Temporary project work –
initial 6-week engagement
, with a strong possibility of extension depending on project demand.
