En tant que Technical Product Owner confirmé, tu seras en immersion dans des contextes exigeants d'ETI & Grands Comptes.

Tu agiras comme un véritable chef d'orchestre entre les équipes techniques et métiers, garant de la valeur délivrée et du bon fonctionnement des applications, tout en pilotant leur maintenance et leurs évolutions.

Tes responsabilités au quotidien

Gestion de backlog & pilotage

  • Maintenir et prioriser le backlog technique et fonctionnel.

  • Piloter la maintenance (Run) de plusieurs applications et organiser les évolutions nécessaires.

  • Traduire les besoins métiers en user stories claires et actionnables pour les équipes de développement.

  • Organiser et animer les comités projet, assurer le reporting auprès des parties prenantes.

Expertise technique

  • Comprendre et challenger les architectures applicatives (backend, frontend, environnements, BDD).

  • Dialoguer efficacement avec les développeurs et proposer des arbitrages techniques pertinents.

  • Garantir la qualité et la cohérence de la documentation projet (Confluence, arborescence, reporting).

  • Utiliser les outils de gestion de configuration (Gitlab, Git) et superviser leur bonne pratique.

Delivery & coordination

  • Animer les rituels agiles (sprints, planification, story mapping).

  • S'assurer que les livrables respectent les délais, la qualité attendue et la valeur métier.

  • Coordonner les échanges entre équipes produit, technique et métier.

  • Gérer les dépendances avec les applications externes et assurer une communication fluide.

Contribution interne

  • Capitaliser sur ton expérience pour améliorer les pratiques internes (frameworks, process, outillage).

  • Accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes internes sur la gestion de backlog et le pilotage technique.

  • Contribuer au rayonnement de l'équipe à travers retours d'expérience, talks et partages de bonnes pratiques.
