Industrialization Engineer

You will be specifically focused on the Industrial Development through defining and implementing industrialization of electrolysers. You will also evaluate the industrial feasibility of designs, while proposing adaptations to improve quality, and cost.

The position is to be based in Aspach - Michelbach in France, with up to 2 weeks travel every 2 months. The initial contract duration will be 6 months with scope for a further extension.

Tasks & responsibilities:

1.Industrial Development

• Implement and design mechanical sub-assemblies through industrialization
• Develop an industrial plan - production flow; implementation; capacity analysis; costs; production flow - all these skills are needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers (engineering, purchasing, etc)

2.Product/Process optimization

• Evaluate feasibility of industrial design
• Carry out risk opportunity analyses; feasibility studies; and projections

Ideal candidates should have:

• Education: Mechanical engineer, industrial production, or equivalent
• Experience: Vast experience in industrialization (machining) of medium to large series
• Technical skills:
