Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Approvisionnements, vous avez la charge de gérer les commandes d'achat et réaliser l'approvisionnement pour la production. Effectuer les négociations et le suivi des fournisseurs.
A ce titre, vos missions principales consistent à :
- Gérer et traiter les achats de la production, du service clients et du magasin-CBN
- Gérer le CBN sur un portefeuille produit
- Négocier les prix avec les fournisseurs
- Piloter et solutionner les fiches de non-conformité, suivre les fiches de modifications
- Mettre à jour et maintenir à jour la base de données fournisseurs
- Réaliser le suivi des fournisseurs et des prestataires de livraison
- Réaliser les ouvertures de fiche fournisseur
- Prendre en charge la gestion des contrats et commandes ouvertes
- Gérer les litiges de facturation
- Valider les factures
- Relancer les fournisseurs
- Rencontrer les fournisseurs
Profil
De formation professionnel type BTS/Licence dans les domaines des approvisionnements, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 années d'expérience comme approvisionneur. Vous disposez d'une forte capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités. La maitrise de l'Anglais (écrit, lu, parlé) est obligatoire.
Vous appréciez de travailler en équipe tout en faisant preuve d'autonomie dans vos missions et êtes minutieux, méthodique et polyvalent.

- Contrat : CDI Temps plein
- Poste basé à Poissy (78)
- Télétravail possible (2 jours maximum par semaine)
Horaires :
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Travail en journée
- Repos le week-end
